Steak Marinade Recipe 1

80 ml soy sauce
120 ml olive oil
80 ml fresh lemon juice
60 ml Worcestershire sauce
1 large spoon crushed garlic
1 large spoon basil shopped
1 large spoon parsley shopped
2 g ground white pepper
1 ml hot pepper sauce 

Method

Blend all the ingredients in a blender on high speed for 30 seconds until thoroughly mixed.

Pour over the steaks in a resealable plastic bag. Squeeze out the air, and massage the bag to coat the meat with the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for up to 12 hours. Cook meat as desired.

Steak Marinade Recipe 2

60 ml olive oil
60 ml balsamic vinegar
60 ml Worcestershire sauce
60 ml soy sauce
10 ml Dijon mustard
6 g minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Method

Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and garlic in a small bowl.
Season with salt and pepper.

Pour over the steaks in a resealable plastic bag. Squeeze out the air, and massage the bag to coat the meat with the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for up to 12 hours. Cook meat as desired.

235 ml dry red wine
80 ml soy sauce
30 ml lemon juice
30 ml Worcestershire sauce
30 ml Dijon mustard
30 ml honey
1 large spoon crushed garlic
1 g ground cumin
1 g ground coriander
1 large spoon crushed onion
1 g ground black pepper
120 ml canola oil

Method

Whisk together all the ingredients until smooth.

Pour over the steaks in a resealable plastic bag. Squeeze out the air, and massage the bag to coat the meat with the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for up to 12 hours. Cook meat as desired.
